Fantastic piece of technology. Have tried BlueAnt and Jabra headsets. I drive a big rig as an LTL courier and have to be in/out of the truck in all weather conditions and temperatures. Both BlueAnt and Jabra died under constant relentless abuse. Yet the 510, because of it's small profile, doesn't get knocked out of my ear as often and has a fantastic volume control method. My only complaint would be that it seems the music replication is a little quiet whenever "bass" hits, although in normal sound conditions outside of work it seems to be just fine. I love sliding to adjust the volume rather than pressing a button. It's less in the way of the number of parts that can fail and also just kind of neat in the way of style. This headset is relatively light to the other two brands I have worn. Earbud insulator selection is ok, everyone's lobes are weird, mine are no exception. I still have yet to be turning my head and have it fall out, though.

What I am impress with was the fast delivery. The producted is an outstading. I use it when I go the medical appt. with my wife. I still in the waiting room and watch a movie or listen to my music. Great sound. It was kind of hard to set it up. Once you set it up the product is greate. Thank you for your speedy delivery.

Immediately after pairing, the 510 lived up to its billing, but that would always degrade within a day or two. Delete, re-pair and it would be okay for another day. Then garbling so bad in both directions. Last week, charging it made the unit too hot to touch. I had to unplug the charger from the USB brick and let it cool. It was dangerously hot. Returned for a refund. Back to Plantronics for me.
